Carley

carley.jpgPlease share this photo with Drs. Thompson and Gulikers and any of the staff who helped to watch over Carley and may remember her from her 7 day stay with your clinic last March into April 2011. Carley received superlative care by all, and I'm so thankful to have her with me still. She is truly my heart dog.

Sincerely,

Michele Hartmann

Tasha

tasha.jpgDear Dr. Ducote and staff at CVSC:

We want all of you to know how deeply grateful we are for the outstanding care and medical attention that you gave our dog Tasha over the Christmas holiday. Throughout Tasha’s entire stay at your facility, we were treated with attentive, caring service by each and every staff member and received prompt and detailed information regarding Tasha’s status every time we called in to check on her. We had solid peace of mind that throughout the entire process, Tasha was in the best care she could possibly have. During such a scary time, this was so meaningful to us.

Thank you so much for providing us with your exceptional team of doctors, nurses, vet techs, and personnel – especially during a holiday when most businesses are closed or it’s clear they’d rather be someplace else than assisting patients, which was clearly not the case with your facility.

We are truly grateful and appreciate all you did for Tasha. Thank you!

Sincerely,
The Adams Family (John, Emily, Caroline, and Tasha)

Ted

ted.jpgDoctors and Staff,

We are writing this letter to congratulate all involved in our dealings with your clinic, and especially Dr. Rushing.

Earlier this year our cat Ted began pacing constantly. He also had several noticeable personality changes. We took him to his veterinarian and had him examined. At that time, our veterinarian thought the pain may be due to several bad teeth so the teeth were removed. He improved for a little while but the pacing returned. X-rays were performed on his spine and hips but the results were inconclusive. The radiologist suggested that we see a neurologist and we were referred to your clinic.

We were assisted by Dr. Robert Rushing. He gave us his undivided attention as we described Ted’s issues. After examining Ted, he felt the problem was with his brain. Ted was sent for an MRI which confirmed what Dr. Rushing had initially suspected. Ted had a brain tumor. After thorough discussions with Dr. Rushing regarding treatment options, we decided surgery was the route to take. The tumor was removed and the result was immediate. It’s as though nothing was ever wrong. Ted is now in radiation therapy at Dr. Rushing’s recommendation.

After the surgery, Ted remained at the clinic for approximately one week where he was carefully monitored. We were contacted by Dr. Rushing at least once every day, and by other members of your clinic also.

Thank you for all your service and attention to Ted. Thanks to Dr. Rushing for service above all expectations. We could not be more pleased or impressed.

Sincerely,
Phil and Brenda Morrow
